This private release from Barrell Craft Spirits in Louisville is a rye whiskey finished in a glorious French (dessert wine) Sauternes oak barrel, creating an absolute explosion of flavor on your tongue. Sweet, but balanced with a little pizzazz; you will enjoy notes of honeyed apricot, butterscotch, caramel, coconut, mango, ginger, marmalade, and citrus themes, along with tropical fruit, honeysuckle, and toasted baking spices.
